Paula snapped up the award for her professionalism in the workplace and Eemployment industry and was singled out not only for the quality of service delivered to clients and candidates alike, but for consistently going above and beyond the call of duty or responsibility.

Speaking after collecting her award from Employment and Learning minister Dr. Stephen Farry, a delighted Paula said she was ‘absolutely overjoyed’.

“Winning Recruitment Consultant of the Year is extremely satisfying, however I’ve no doubt that the sheer commitment to quality from my colleagues within the team in Grafton Recruitment was a significant factor in the winning of this personal achievement as our work has always been and remains a team effort” she said. Paula joined Grafton Recruitment in 2008 and has since built a strong and loyal base of clients and candidates by understanding their needs and providing tailor made solutions.
