Bacon hits a lucky streak
When a Ballymena woman cracked open a boiled egg on her salad plate last week she got more than she bargained for!
Ann Bacon - yes it is true - was astonished to find that the rather large egg she had cooked a few moments earlier actually contained a smaller egg on the inside of the shell.
Quipped Ann: “Everybody knows we love a bargain here in Ballymena but this is taking a two for one offer too far!”
