Bail in drugs case

Eamonn Donnelly, of Ardowen, Monbrief, appeared at a preliminary enquiry, at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.

He is charged with possession of herbal cannabis, a class B drug, on August 5 last, and with having the drug with intention to supply it to another.

District Judge Philip Mateer held there was a prima facie case, and Donnelly was returned for arraignment, on bail, to Craigavon Crown Court on March 2.

Mr Mateer granted the accused a defence certificate for one counsel.
