Bail varied for Coleraine man
A COLERAINE man has had his bail varied to allow him to live at home.
Paul Thomas Anthony Fleming (26) is charged with disorderly behaviour, possession a Class ‘C’ drug with intent to supply. Fleming is also charged with doing a provocative act, namely making the actions of holding a gun and shooting it, with intent to provoke a breach of the peace.
The charges relate to an incident in Killowen Street in Coleraine on July 4.
At last Friday’s sitting of North Antrim Magistrates’ Court, Fleming had his bail varied to enable him to live in Coleraine.
A full file on the case is expected on September 10.
