Ballyboley pipers aim to reel in funds with cakes

Ballyboley Pipe Band will be holding a cake sale at Victoria Orange Hall, Curran Road, Larne, on Saturday April 13.

Ballyboley Pipe Band is fundraising for new uniforms. INLT 12-650-CON pipe.

The band’s support committee will be donning their aprons, lifting their wooden spoons and flicking through their favourite recipes to bake scrumptious cakes and treats.

The event will be part of a craft fair which will take place from 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm.

The pipe band is apppealing for as much support from the community as possible as all proceeds will be used to purchase uniforms to enable new members to participate in the band’s forthcoming trip to Lorient, France.

Band members will also be busking around town that day, so please feel free to request your favourite tune.
