Ballyclare band to hold open day

The play in/open day event will run from 10.30am until 4pm and will be held in Ballyclare Town Hall.

The band will be playing a varied selection of music throughout the day, ranging from marches and film themes to sacred music, popular hits and dance tunes.

All young flautists from the local schools in the greater Ballyclare area have been invited to attend from 2pm - 3pm to play along with the band. During this hour the music will be carefully selected and will be suitable for all ages and abilities in order to give them an opportunity to play with one of the top Concert Flute Bands in Northern Ireland.

The event is open to the public, with complimentary tea and coffee available all day.
