Ballymena Garden Club March meeting
THE speaker at Ballymena Garden Club's March meeting was Mr Sandy Wilson, Vice Chair, Broughshane and District Community Association Ltd who began by speaking about the central role that flowers play in community development in the village.
He went on to describe the numerous community projects which have created a village which has won top awards within the province, nationally and in Europe.
The outcome of these accolades has been that Broughshane attracts large numbers of visitors throughout the year much to the benefit of local businesses.

Hide AdThe Club’s Annual Spring Show will be held on Saturday 17 April in Broughshane Community Centre and will be open to the public for viewing from 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm. Further details will be published in early April.
