Joanne won over the judges with her interpretation of Roxy, one of four fashion-led hair trends created by Wella Professionals on an annual basis.

Joanne competed against colourists from across Ireland at the Regional Heats earlier this year securing her position at the UK & Ireland Final, this year held at the prestigious Roundhouse in London’s Camden. She was supported by her model Ciara McStravick and Azelia Jackson, make-up artist.

The UK & Ireland Final saw her compete against many of the country’s most talented hairdressers to be crowned the Ireland Silver winner of the Wella Professionals Trend Vision Award 2012 in the COLOR category.

Wella Managing Director, UK & Ireland, Daniel Minney said of the event: “The TrendVision Award never fails to impress me it is so inspiring to see so much passion and creativity in one room and every individual who has reached the final should be very proud of their achievements.”
