Ballymena link to murder - claims
A man aged in his 40s has been shot dead outside a house at Riverview Park, Ballymoney. The incident occurred just before 22:30 GMT on Monday.
Local reports suggest he may have had conections to the Ballymena area. A woman who lived in the house was assaulted. She was taken to hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Police officers continue to examine the scene of the shooting. DUP MLA Mervyn Storey said the attack was “very sad news”.
