Ballymena Man returned for trial on drugs charges
A BALLYMENA man has been sent for Crown Court trial on drugs charges.
Jason Richard Girvin (28), of Chichester Park Central, is accused of possession of cannabis, cannabis resin and diazepam and possession of the same substances with intent to supply.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on October 10.
Girvin was returned for trial, on continuing bail, to Antrim Crown Court on May 20, following a preliminary enquiry at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
