Ballymena urged to Spring into Action for Arthritis Care NI

WITH spring just around the corner Arthritis Care NI is looking for volunteers from Ballymena to participate in the Belfast City Marathon 2010 on Monday, May 3.

The range of different events available on this great day out also means that there is something for everyone!

The super-fit can take on the full marathon itself. A group of five can enjoy the team relay (each person running between 3 - 7 miles). Or you can take part in the marathon walk, either walking 9 miles or doing the full 26.2 miles.

Marcus Cooper, Fundraising Manager of Arthritis Care Northern Ireland said: “The marathon is always a fun day with a fabulous family atmosphere and a wonderful way to give yourself that extra incentive to get outside again as the days get longer.
