Ballyward man contest sex charge
A 22-year-old Ballyward man is to contest charge of sexual assault on a female.
At last week’s Banbridge Magistrates Court, Stephen Collins from Carnaloe Road, Ballyward was told his case will be heard on April 7.
The alleged offence on August 25 last year, involves claims of sexual touching.
After some discussion about date availability, both prosecution and defence agreed to proceed with April 7.
