Banbridge man charged with public order offences and possession of cannabis

A 24-year-old man has been charged with public order offences and unlawful possession of cannabis.

Mark James Devlin, Moorefield, Banbridge, appeared last Thursday at the magistrates’ court.

He faces charges of disorderly behaviour on November 5 this year, resisting a constable and unlawful possession of a class B drug, cannabis. A police officer said she could connect him to the charges. Devlin’s solicitor asked for an adjournment to December 15. He was released bail of £250.
