Banbridge man on drugs charges
A Banbridge man has appeared in court charged with burglary and possession of class b drug Mephedrone.
A solicitor for Cahal Bingham (19) from Chinauley Park said his client denies the charge of burglary on 6 January last year, but intends to plead guilty to the drugs charge. A PPS prosecutor asked for three weeks to allow the prosecution time to advance the case.
