Bands’ events in Lisburn
March sees Lisburn Young Defenders play host to a number of top bands in the province, at two of their annual events.
The First Blues Supporters Club will be the venue for the Blood and Thunder Night on March 14.
Lambeg Orange and Blue and Lisburn Fusiliers provide the local interest, with Gertrude Star, Pride of the Hill Rathfriland, Downshire Guiding Star, Blackskull

The Indoor Melody Competition will take place in Lisburn Orange Hall on March 28. There will be a number of Melody Flute Bands taking part including Ballylesson Old Boys, Ballycoan and Skeogh, Shankill Road Defenders and Pride of The Raven, to name but a few.
