Bandsmen and Brethren brave the elements

It may have poured with rain and at times blew a gale, but it was still a Glorious Twelfth in Limavady.

Bandsmen and women, as well as Brethren braved the elements to stage an impressive display of Loyal Orders proud of their heritage and traditional and culture, while thousands of spectators suitably armed with brollies and weather-proof clothing cheered them on.

While the elements meant banners had to be lowered along part of the route, there was no mistaking the warmth of the welcome at this year’s Twelfth demonstration in Limavady, as our slideshow, attached shows.
