Bank supports Small Business Saturday

The grassroots campaign, which has the support of the Government, will see small businesses across the UK taking part with special deals for customers and a variety of showcase events.

Bank of Ireland UK, Market Square, Lisburn will be open for business (no transactions) and inviting customers to drop by between 10am and 2pm to take part in ‘Show your Business’ event. Businesses showcasing include: Christoff Interiors, Hillsborough, The Kitchen Restaurant, Lisburn, Homemade Stuffs, Lisburn, The Bead Shop, Lisburn.

Belinda O’Neill, Commercial Branch Manager, Bank of Ireland UK Lisburn said: “Small Business Saturday’ is a new initiative which has our full support. The approach to Christmas is a crucial trading period for many small enterprises and I would encourage people to buy local and support local entrepreneurship.”
