Banned on tot-up system
USING a mobile phone while driving resulted in a Lurgan man getting a six month ban last Thursday at Craigavon court.
Jason Malcolm Kenny (29), of Charles Baron Gardens, Lurgan, was fined 150 and given three points for the offence on April 21.
The court heard he was seen using the phone while driving in Parkview Street in Lurgan.
He already had 11 points on his licence and the three put him over the 12 mark. On the tot-up system he was banned for six months.
