Bark in the Park at Lurgan Cricket Club

According to organisers it is the first of its kind within the local Craigavon area.

The day will include lots of fun activities for all the family, but mostly for beloved family dogs.

They have events for dogs to be entered into, an obstacle course ring and sports course events, all with lots of prizes to be won, and they hope to have some demonstrations from local trainers.

Local businesses will also have the opportunity to promote their products with the trade section held in the clubhouse.

Dogs Trust, along with the local council and the neighbourhood policing team, will be working to raise awareness of dog welfare and what options are available to help with looking after your dogs, along with promoting the local ownership schemes.

It promises to be a great day with lots for dog lovers and furry friends to do.
