BB notes

1st Magheralin BB member Adam Stirling is making quite an impression on the karting scene after a very creditable ninth place finish in the first round of the CIK-FIA U18 World Championships in Bavaria.

He now goes on to race in further rounds in France and Spain and, at 15, is one of the youngest competitors in the series.

Having enjoyed a successful career to date in the UK Junior classifications, the battalion football player is following hot on the heels of his older brother Carl, the 2008 British Junior and Open Champion.
