A patron of ‘Bees for Development’ veteran broadcaster Bill Turnbull is one of the UK’s best known beekeepers and is backing this drive by fellow enthusiasts to raise £10,000 for a very practical self help charity.

All four main beekeeping organisations on this island are supporting the event including the Institute of NI Beekeepers of which Bill is President.

An evening destined to be one of the best nights out this winter the Gala Dinner matches good food and great company with both local and ethic entertainment.

All under the calm control of Master of Ceremonies Richard Wright a commentator of international repute on rural affairs.
