Beading class at Clooney

AS part of the 10th Anniversary celebrations in Clooney Hall Centre there will be workshops in various crafts over the coming months.

To start the series, the crafters’ group recently hosted a beading workshop in the Centre.

The workshop was taught by Stephanie McFarland of the Northern Ireland Beaders’ Guild and each of the participants made a flower bracelet during the session. The bracelets were made using fire polished crystals and seed beads and the workshop was greatly enjoyed by all who attended.

If you are interested in attending future classes, please contact the Centre office on 028 7134 8531 to register. Those who register will be contacted with details of workshop times and costs as they become available.

Crafters who are free on Thursday afternoons from 2.30pm to 4.30pm are asked to the craft club, bring their own craft project with them.

Cchildren are also welcome, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

It is the intention of Clooney Hall craft organisers to operate every week throughout the summer period.
