The court heard that on April 4, 2015, at 6.15pm police received a report of males fighting at the entrance to the Charles Street car park in Lurgan.

When police spoke to Kevin McKenna (23), of Ardowen, Craigavon, he became abusive and when arrested for disorderly behaviour he continued to shout and swear.

His solicitor, Siun Downey, said her client had not come to the attention of the police since. She added that McKenna had abstained from alcohol and attended an anger management course. The solicitor added it was totally out of character and her client would apologise to the officers and the court.
