‘Bee Safe’ 2012 event out to beat the bullies

BALLYMENA Bee Safe 2012 has been running for five years now and will for the first time be offering two top of the range BMX bicycles to those attending the event.

The bicycles, together with associated safety equipment, will be allocated through a draw of competition entries to be completed on the day. They have been generously donated by Smyth’s Toys in support of the Bee Safe event scheduled to take place the week beginning January 20,2012.

This year’s Bee Safe event will offer presentations on Farm Safety, safety behaviour around electricity, internet and cyberbullying, arson and hoax calls, Translink Safety Bus and Environmental Safety.
