Bench warrant issued
A warrant for the arrest of a Killyman man has been issued.
Patrick James O’Neill, 55, from Espey Park, failed to appear before East Tyrone Magistrate’s Court to face a charge of driving with excess alcohol in breath on Wednesday last.
The charge relates to an alleged incident on Killyman Road in Dungannon on July 30th.
A constable from the PSNI told the court that he believed that he could connect the defendant to the charge.
Mr Niall McGuinness appeared in court on the defendant’s behalf.
