“Due to the £2 million refurbishment project that Bennet House underwent during 2010 and 2011, we were not in a position to commit to Hospitality Assured at that time.”

To obtain the award the Team at Bennet House had to demonstrate an understanding of customer’s requirements and integrate them into practice. Melanie continued: “Receiving the award is a great achievement, but we cannot rest on our laurels, we will regularly evaluate our business activities and appraise our performance to ensure that we are continually improving our customers’ service experience.”

Head of Breaks, Paul Flood, presented the award to staff at Bennet House.

Paul added: “The team at Bennet House provide an exceptional level of hospitality to our much valued guests. They are a credit not only to Bennet House but also to the Legion Breaks Service.”
