Beware of bogus callers in Ballymoney: warn police

Sometime between 12:30pm and 1pm, it was reported that a male stating to be from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive approached a house in the area. A female resident answered the door, but did not allow the male to enter the residential premises as he was unable to produce i.d.

The male is described as being in his 60’s, smartly dressed in dark clothing and wearing a flat cap with glasses.

The male left the area in a beige coloured car after being refused entry into the house.

Police would ask anyone who may have noticed these males acting suspiciously in the area or anyone who has any information to contact them at Ballymoney on 0845 600 8000.
