BMW being driven '˜like a rally car'
Last Friday evening (April 15) CCTV operators in Lisburn were concerned at the way a vehicle was being driven in the city centre,
CCTV Operators said they had observed a Silver BMW being driven around the one way system “like a rally car.”
A spokesperson for Citywatch, the CCTV system in Lisburn, said: “The driver was throwing the back end of his car out when turning corners and also appeared to be trying to race other drivers.”
The vehicle was stopped by the police in the city centre and the driver was given a Fixed Penalty Ticket for failing to maintain proper control of his vehicle.
