Boardmills WI get into the festive mood at December meeting

Mulled wine and nibbles were served while members gathered in, they were also invited to participate in a Christmas quiz sheet.

Next it was time for craft and natter with each making a Christmas decoration.

A lovely supper was provided by the committee then we were entertained by members who put on a sketch which was very entertaining. The competition for best dressed parcel was May Fox and runnersup were Marie Fitzsimmons and Lily Kidd. The birthday girl was Margaret Murphy.

The evening ended with singing Christmas Carols and the Country Womans Song and our president Rae wished everyone a Happy Christmas.
