Bonnie day for country star
IT was a Bonnie day for the district's very own country superstar last week.
Bonnie Stewart was crowned Best Local Country Act 2010 at the Northern Ireland Country Music Awards in Ballymena last Wednesday evening.
The country star, who hails from Banbridge, has been on the music scene for the past 18 years and the award, presented at the Tullyglass Hotel is a wonderful honour for our very own Star of the County Down.
