Borough’s businesses urged to enter Newtownabbey Business Awards

The search is on for the best of Newtownabbey’s businesses as preparations for the Newtownabbey Business Awards 2012 get underway.

The awards which are due to take place on Friday, November 9, at Theatre at The Mill, are organised by Newtownabbey Borough Council in association with Full Circle Management Solutions and supported by local businesses.

The awards are open to every business in Newtownabbey and are free to enter. Businesses are invited to enter as many categories that apply to them by the closing date of September 1, 2012. Award categories and the businesses that sponsor them, are as follows: Best small eatery/coffee shop award sponsored by Big Picture Studio; Best New Business Start-Up sponsored by Canyon Europe; Best Small Business award sponsored by Henderson Group; Best Growth Business sponsored by Invest Northern Ireland, Involvement in the Community Award sponsored by Tesco, Embracing Diversity Award sponsored by the CAN Peace III Partnership and Business Person of the Year award sponsored by Full Circle Management Solutions

Other award categories open for contention are Excellence in customer service, Best Bar or Restaurant, Best Business Services Provider, Best Business Website, Best Buisness Premises Award, Best Marketing Initiative, Employee of the year. Opportunities to sponsor any of these award categories or other elements of the Gala Awards evening are available.
