Boy racers at Clonoe '˜waking young children at night'
Sinn Féin councillor Joe O'Neill has condemned the behaviour of so called '˜little boy racers' in the Clonoe area after receiving numerous complaints from residents.
“These culprits are making a nuisance of themselves by racing their cars and consistently screeching the tyres mainly at night at the top of Clonoe which is creating a lot of problems and upset for families and residents living in the area,” he said.
The councillor was told of how this reckless behaviour is waking young children and elderly out of their sleep in the middle of the night and is occurring on a regular basis.
Cllr O’Neill went onto say, “I want these young lads to stop and actually think of what they are doing to these families and their own neighbours.”
