Brakes out in Dublin
Brakes Foodservice of Hillhall Road, Lisburn recently showcased products from key local suppliers alongside the Brakes Brand range at CATEX - Ireland’s leading foodservice and hospitality event - in the RDS, Dublin.
Suppliers including Keenan Seafoods, Manor Farm, Readychef, Robinson Meats & Morelli’s Ice Cream were joined by Great British Menu star and former head chef at Corrigan’s Mayfair, London, Chris McGowan, recently relocated to Lisburn.
Brakes Ireland Sales Director Gareth Clements said: CATEX has been a very successful event for Brakes and our suppliers. I hope visitors to the exhibition enjoyed a taste of the fantastic Irish food we had on offer.”
