Breached non-molestation order

A 23-year- old man was given a suspended prison sentence last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

Michael Yeo, of Wentworth Green, Portadown, admitted breaching a non-molestation order on June 14 this year at Union Street in Portadown.

Yeo appeared in court by way of videolink from Maghaberry prison.

He was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for two years.

District Judge Des Perry warned the defendant that any further breaches of the order would lead to one thing and one thing only, immediate custody.
