This is the first major title for the Bready Pipe Corps under the direction of Pipe Major Alan Campbell and the pipers are “over the moon” with coming away from Lisburn with the title “All-Ireland Champions – best in Piping” in their Grade.

The Bready Pipe Corps has at present 13 pipers with more than half of the corps taught through the band by former Pipe Major Bertie Campbell who still competes with the Band every Saturday.

The Pipe corps has a diversity of ages and all give a huge amount of time, energy and commitment to practicing and taking part in competitions across the province and Scotland during the Summer.

The Bready Ulster Scots Pipe Band has three pipers currently playing in the ranks who have progressed through from the Junior Pipe Band and are a huge asset to the pipe corps.
