Commenting on the proposed scheme Cllr Jonathan Buckley said: “I am hopeful that this scheme comes into existence in the ABC area because it will greatly enhance the ability of small and medium sized businesses to compete on a higher level and enhance their overall performance. Access to high-speed broadband is vital for businesses to flourish in the modern day.”

He continued: “I am confident that in the weeks and months ahead this scheme will be a great help in assisting our rural businesses as they develop and expand.”
