Brody is still missing

THE search is still on for a much-loved cat who has been missing since Sunday, June 20.

Brody, a lovely black cat, was last seen at his home at Bank Road. He is 18 months old and is quite small for his age, with long skinny legs. He is quite slight and completely black with the exception of a few white hairs under his chin. He has blue eyes.

There have been a few sightings of Brody, particularly in the Grammar Brae area. His owner even spotted him herself in Carmond Drive but he was very nervous and managed to escape.

She says that he looked really hungry and his tummy was hanging down, making his legs look shorter than usual.

It could well be that someone has noticed Brody around their neighbourhood in his search for food. He is, however, likely to be rather nervous and it might be possible for someone to lure him with food and trap him in a garage or shed so his owner can be called.

If anyone has noticed him, they are asked to phone Lorna on 07813 849274.
