Broke windows at ex-girlfriend's house

Sean Logue, of Cooke Street, pleaded guilty to one charge of criminal damage on July 11, last year.

Londonderry Magistrate’s Court heard that Logue was highly intoxicated at the time and he threw stones at two bedroom windows, smashing them.

Approximately 90 worth of damage was caused to the house.

Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott told the court Logue had been living in the house at the time, was locked out and was trying to get in.

"It was just an unfortunate incident and the relationship is now over," the solicitor said.
