Brother and sister fined for offences
A brother and sister were each given six penalty points last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for insurance offences.
Patrick Stephen Coleman (20), Moyraverty Gardens, was also fined £100 for driving without insurance on November 11.
He was fined £40 for not having a test certificate, £40 for not displaying ‘L’ plates, £60 for a defective tyre and £40 for driving unsupervised.

Hide AdJulie Ann Coleman (26), Moyraverty Meadows, Craigavon, was also fined £100 for permitting him to drive without insurance and £40 for permitting him to drive without a test certificate. Mr Brendan Hagan, defending solicitor, said she had loaned the car to her brother.
