Brothers accused of damage
Two brothers have appeared before Londonderry Magistrates' Court accused of causing damage to their mother's home.
Darren McDonagh, (21), of no fixed abode, and Martin Christopher McDonagh (19), of Strand Road, are charged with criminal damage on July 12. The younger also faces disorderly behaviour and resisting police on the same date.
Both men were released on their own bail of £250 until July 28.
They must reside in Carnhill and are banned from entering Galliagh and from contacting their mother.
