Budding bridge builders at Macosquin
MACOSQUIN Primary School pupils got a taste of the construction trade last week.
Last Tuesday the the Institution of Civil Engineers visited the school as part of their ‘Building Bridges’ project.
As part of the programme, the pupils constructed a 15 metre cable bridge.
The activity provided a fun and interactive introduction into the role of civil engineers in society.
