Buffet and games are on the agenda

Vice president Christine McCormick welcomed all to the December meeting of Mossley Women’s Institute.

All enjoyed a delicious buffet provided by members. After the buffet members took part in the following games:

‘Name the member’ - members having provided photos of themselves as children; ‘name the object’ - from photos of household items taken close up and enlarged and ‘musical walking stick’.

Everyone won a prize in the tombola and each member received a gift from the secret Santa.

The vice president thanked all for an enjoyable evening and wished them a happy Christmas .

The meeting ended with the singing of The Country Women’s Song.
