Burglars target Larchwood
Police believe that two break-ins in the Larchwood area could be connected.
In the first incident entry was forced to a house in Larchwood between Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2. In another incident, entry was forced to a house in Larchwood Avenue sometime between Friday, May 1 and Sunday, May 3 where a quantity of gold jewellery and cash were taken.
“We would like to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious activity around the area over the weekend,” said Constable Ross Turner.
“We would ask all residents to be vigilant of criminal s behaviour. If something doesn’t look right or feels out of place pick up the phone to us and dial 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
