Burglary warning

Cash was taken from the till and gaming machines in a pizza shop in Messines Terrace sometime between 1.45am and 9am on December 16. Cash was also taken from an adjacent business. Entry was gained to a bar on the Racecourse Road around 3.15am on December 19th however nothing was taken.

“In Foyle we have fewer victims of burglary compared to last year and our detections rates have improved. Of course this is of little comfort to recent victims but it does show that we are doing out best to tackle this issue. Help us by reporting suspicious activity and taking all necessary steps to protect your homes and businesses.
