Bushmills family puts W5's exhibitions through their paces

THE Montgomery family (pictured) from Bushmills visited W5's summer exhibition Animated Adventures as part of their visit to the award-winning science and discovery centre in Belfast's Odyssey this week.

The family enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at the science and magic of animation as Animated Adventures showcases many of the incredible sets and characters from Aardman’s Oscar-winning movie Wallace and Gromit – The Curse of the Were-rabbit.

As well as enjoying W5’s 200 interactive exhibits, the family also had the opportunity to visit W5's brand new exhibition Nature Quest. The exhibition, which is sponsored by Northern Ireland Environmental Agency and UTV, has 19 specially designed hands-on exhibits to help children (and adults) discover the beauty, drama and variety of the natural world and discover a whole new world of wildlife on their doorstep!

Animated Adventures and Nature Quest sponsored by NIEA and UTV are open to the public at W5 and run until Sunday 12 September 2010 and are free with admission to W5.
