Busy time at Planters

ONCE again the festive season over Christmas and the New Year will be a busy one for the Planters Tavern in Waringstown.

A wide and varied programme of events have been arranged to keep young and old entertained during the holiday period.

For Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve bookings are now being taken.

As the festive period draws closer, the Planters has a Christmas calendar of events all in place. There are still a few places left for Christmas bookings so hurry and get your date booked with your work colleagues, friends and family for that Christmas night out.

BRING A TOY MONTH 20 NOVEMBER – 20 DECEMBER This is an event which has been held for the last couple of years and building on that success the Planters have planned to run this event for a month this year. All toys will be donated to the children’s ward of Craigavon Area Hospital. All donations can be dropped off in the restaurant from 12 noon daily.

SANTA SUNDAY – 16 DECEMBER Booking is essential for this event as places are limited and the number of kids should be specified at the time of booking. Santa will be meeting the kids and face painting and a kids disco have been arranged.

BOXING DAY & NEW YEAR’S EVE - Planters are now taking bookings for Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve so give us a call to reserve your table.

ZU @ THE PLANTERS - Over the Christmas period Zu will be playing all the best tunes not only on a Saturday night but also every Friday evening as well. The celebrations don’t end there as there are also have great nights planned for Boxing Night and New Year’s Eve. A booking is required for the Santa Sunday Lunch as places are limited. Please state how many children at time of booking. Lunch is served between 12noon and 3.30pm. Bookings must be made before 14 December.
