Busy weekend for local police
Officers from Antrim and Newtownabbey District Support Team have had a busy week despite melting in this fantastic weather.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Whilst assisting our colleagues across the district we have also performed duty at several band parades, made several proactive drug detections with follow up searches locating more drugs and a large amount of cash.
“We have worked with our colleagues outside of the district in targeting travelling criminals.”
