The author of a book set in post-war Northern Ireland following five children as they embark on a mysterious adventure, will be in Lisburn’s Bow Street Mall on February 27 and 28.

All proceeds from Bill Kerr’s Charley Farley and the Last Steam Train are going to The Northern Ireland Childrens Hospice and Tearfund, helping children in war-torn Syria. To date the book has raised over £4000.

The recommended retail price of the book is £14.99. However, anyone purchasing a signed copy in Bow Street Mall will only be charged £10.
