Cairncastle flower festival

CAIRNCASTLE Presbyterian Church is hosting a flower festival under the theme Hymns Old and New from Friday, June 4 to Sunday, June 6.

The event - which will also feature an exhibition of art - will be opened at noon on Friday 4, continuing until 9pm that night.

On Saturday, June 5, the festival will be open from 10am to 9pm, while on the Sunday, visitors can attend from 2pm to 6pm.

Over the period of the festival, local choirs will provide musical items. Light refreshments will be available.and bookings are also being taken for lunches and high teas - contact Nancy Blair 07791 376877 or Jean Hunter 2858 3432,

Proceeds from the event are in aid of the church building fund.
