Call for action at Fincairn Road
Councillor Hilary McClintock has expressed concern over at the delay in introducing traffic calming measures at Fincairn Road.
She said she had learned that the Drumahoe traffic calming measure had moved from number 34 on the priority list to 31.
“Considering only three traffic calming measures are likely to be completed in the incoming financial year, it will be 10 years before this scheme becomes a reality,” the DUP councillor said.
She added that there was widespread concern the this delay will have serious consequences.
